Silicone Tech is managed by the core team of its founders:

 

Vipin Singh (Partner) brings with him over 12 years of corporate world experience in the field of sales and marketing, he heads our sales and marketing division. With the state of art sales, marketing, customer management process, and systems in place, we are well equipped to handle every new sale query, and every existing customer query with individual attention.

 

Jitender Dawar (Partner) brings with him over 16 years of manufacturing experience. He has lead multiple teams and had been part of startups to design and implement the products across PVC, Silicone and Rubber verticals. He heads our entire Manufacturing and R&D line. The company has been at the forefront of launching new and specifically curated products under his guidance.

 

Vineet Singh (Partner) with over 15 years of experience in developing solutions and strategy for a multitude of companies, heads the Standardisation, Strategy and Customer management divisions. Every order is managed systematically as a separate project. Bringing the Project management and Quality controls at every order level are ensuring progress on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
